FAQ

I am filming in Canada. Do I need to request foreign liability when declaring?  

No. The General Liability policy covers filming in the US, Canada or Puerto Rico.

How much time is needed to process a certificate of insurance?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to process a certificate but best practice is to provide certificate requests as far in advance as possible. If your certificate requires specific wording or endorsements to be included, or if additional coverages like umbrella or auto liability are required, a minimum of one week notice is required.

Application FAQ

Question 4 on the E&O application asks for estimated assets and projected revenue. Are they asking about my company's, GBH's, or both?

This application is for you/your company as producer of the program  so the underwriter would like your assets and revenue in Question 4.

Does the application want the producer side of the budget or the total budget (both GBH and producer sides) in question 6e?

The underwriter is asking for the producer's side of the budget.
