The automation event log is a useful tool in ProTrack which tracks all messaging between ProTrack and Crispin. It can be used to confirm specific tasks were successful, such as exporting logs. To run a query on the log, go to Logs-->Automation Interface-->Automation Event Log. There are several event types that can be filtered when running a query, to check the status of a log that was exported, select “Playlist Summary” and confirm the appropriate dates are selected:

The playlist should have a status of “Accepted” which indicates automation has confirmed the playlist has been received. If “Sent” is indicated, the playlist may have been received by automation, however there may have been an issue with delivery of the acknowledgement back to ProTrack.

If you encountering issues with media information not updating properly (such as segment information not being reflected in ProTrack after segmenting the file in Crispin), running a query using the specific media ID may indicate why the information is not properly reflecting in ProTrack.
