Missing Media (Media → Missing Media) is designed to help users at the Node identify scheduled events where the media is missing.  This includes content with no assigned Media ID and content with media that has not yet been received from CI or another remote library.

From the Missing Media results, users may view Content Detail, Media Detail, and the Activity Log.  Dub Orders may also be issued from this screen.  To initiate any of these actions, highlight the target item and click on the appropriate button in the tool bar.  The results of the search may be exported to Excel/CSV.

Filter Criteria:

• Channels – a single channel, multiple or all channels may be selected.
• Start Date & End Date – Select the scheduled date to search for air dates with missing media
• Content – Filter for either program content or interstitial
• Exclude those with recordings – Filter out future airs missing media, but with record dates scheduled

Criteria may be sorted in order by up to four categories.  The sortable categories are:

• Channel
• Date+Time
• Title
• NOC ID
