Each audio file in one of the following, high quality formats:  .WAV, .FLAC or .MP3 file format (16 bit acceptable, but 24 bit is preferred), 44.1Khz, 48 Khzand upwards is acceptable

The composer(s) and the composer’s(s’) shareIf GBH and the composer(s) co-own the publishing rights, that publishing company and its PRO as directed by GBH and the composer’s publishing company and PRO, each in the shares set forth elsewhere in this agreement **

Each composer’s performing rights society (PRO) affiliation

If there is no publisher write “unpublished” in this field    

The audio file for each track must contain only music, it cannot contain voice over or other non-musical background sound.  It must contain any singing contained in the track


each composer’s CAE/IPI (i.e., membership number at composer’s PRO)

Audio files of tracks may be delivered by episode or by groups of episodes


each TRACK’SPRO work ID / Tunecode, if available.  This is highly recommended   

When supplying metadata through the SoundMouse mapping template we recommend including a Library Label Name, as directed in the template.  See the SoundMouse guides referenced below.
