- For interstitial content, go to the Promo/Filler menu option and select Interstitial Search.
52. Search for the item to be ingested by entering the Media ID in to the Video Source Field and press enter. When Prompted about expired items select No.
63. A window will open with the promos that match the search results. Open the promo that is to be ingested by double clicking on it.
74. Once in the entry, the dub request can be started by going to Tools, and then Dub, or by pressing the F12 key.
85. At this point, a spinning wheel will appear as ProTrack processes the request. In a few seconds a window will pop up saying ‘Dub Order Sent’.
96. Repeat for other items to be ingested.
Program Material
41. For Program Material, go to the Media Toolbar and select Media ID Search.
52. Press Q to start a query for material, and enter the Material ID into the Material ID field and press enter. When prompted about expired Items, select No.
63. A window will open with the search results. Open the Program that you are ingesting by double clicking on it.
74. This opens the Program Details for that show. From this window, select Tools and then Media Info, or press the F1 key.
85. This will now open the Media Information for that program, which will include any media attachments. To ingest the media, select the appropriate asset from the Local Media section, then go to Tools and select Dub, or press the F12 key.

Missing Media Report
Ingests can be initiated from the Missing Media report in ProTrack so long as the media exists in the Aspera_cache folder. Select the appropriate asset from the results window of the missing media report and select "Dub Order" at the top of the window:

Tracking Progress of the Ingest
The ingest has now moved over to the Crispin Loading Dock, and the progress can be monitored in the web interface.

QC process
Once the media has been successfully ingested, Dubber can be used to QC the content. To ensure all Start of Message (SOM) and metatdata is consistent across ProTrack and Crispin, “clear marks” should be clicked when the clip is loaded. The in & out points can be updated as needed, then select “save marks” and “copy to mirror”.
