I received an email "WGBH Agreement Service". What do I do?
1. To sign an agreement using DocuSign, you first open the document from the "WGBH Agreement Service" email that you have received.
2. Agree to use electronic records and signatures in the webpage that opens, in order to access the document.
3. Now you can read and review the document. To sign, click the yellow box marked Sign on the signature line.
4. Enter your information, and edit your signature in the "Adopt Your Signature" prompt. Once you hit Adopt and Sign, you're all set!
What if I am not authorized to sign an agreement? (reassign to someone)
To reassign an agreement to someone else, open the link to the document, but instead of hitting continue, open the Other Actions dropdown menu and select Assign to Someone Else. Enter in the name and email of the person you are sending the document, along with the reason for the new signer.
Can I physically sign the agreement instead of using an electronic signature? (Print and sign)
If you'd like to upload a physically signed agreement, open the Other Actions dropdown menu once you've opened the link to the document, and select Print & Sign. Mark that you'd like to upload the document in the next prompt.
Download the document via the link provided. Then once you've printed, signed, and scanned the agreement, you can drop the new version into the bucket shown or browse and select the file with the option just above.
How will I get a copy of what I signed?
Once you've signed the document, you will receive another email from "WGBH Agreement Service" with a notification of your completed document. Attached the email is a copy of the signed document that you may download.
